About Basingstoke makes it easy to promote your charity or community event FREE OF CHARGE on our radio and podcast platforms.

You can simply fill in the form below and we will try to include your event as soon as possible.

But because About Basingstoke is an audio platform, we love featuring as many local voices as possible, so we prioritise events that are also submitted via a voice message on WhatsApp. To match your form submission with your voice message you need to choose a password below and then say it at the beginning of your voice message (the password won’t be broadcast and your voice message will be edited).

Voice messages should include all the information that you include below and you are advised to record no longer than 1 minute to be considered for inclusion. Add us as a contact on WhatsApp (01256 833 808) to be able to send us a voice message.
